Reiki, literally translated, means universal life force. It is a hands on healing technique that combines 'ki' - the life force that is present in all things - with the warmth, reassurance and healing power of the human touch.
Reiki is not based on any religion, belief system or dogma, making it accessible to all. Time Therapies is offering Reiki 1st degree attunement in the Usui tradition.
Reiki 1 opens you up to healing yourself and others, and developing personal spiritual practices. This workshop will be led by gifted Reiki master, therapist, chi kung practitioner and healer, Oge Okoh.
She presents a very comprehensive programme including history of Reiki, practical applications, full healing routine, meditation chakra balancing and more! Substantial handouts are included and Oge is always open to questions, as well as offering support and advice both during and after the event.
